   The same mark had been drawn eight different ways as sections were built:
   as a ::before on an eyebrow, as an ::after under a heading, as a bare <span>,
   and as an Elementor divider widget shrunk to accent width. Nine stylesheets
   and six pages carry a copy. They are collected here so the mark has one
   switch instead of nine, and so restoring it is a single revert.

   WHY A SUPPRESSION FILE RATHER THAN DELETING EACH RULE
   Three of the copies are divider WIDGETS living in `_elementor_data`, not in
   CSS. Page data written by a script is overwritten the next time that page is
   opened and saved in the Elementor editor — that has already happened twice on
   this site — so removing those in the database would not stay removed. CSS
   does. Handling all eight the same way keeps one mechanism, one file to read,
   and one file to delete if the mark is ever wanted back.

   `content: none` is what actually stops a pseudo-element being generated;
   `display: none` is belt-and-braces for the cases where another stylesheet
   re-declares `content`.
